These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Retro Image Prompt and your use of our AI image features (Text‑to‑Image and Image‑to‑Image), website, and related services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Use of the Service

• You may use the Service to create, transform, and download images using prompts and optional reference photos.
• Do not use the Service for illegal content, harassment, non‑consensual deepfakes, exploitation of minors, IP infringement, or other prohibited conduct.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure, or disrupt the Service.

Content & Intellectual Property

• You own your inputs (prompts, uploads) and outputs (generated images), subject to any rights of third parties and applicable law.
• You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, and display such content solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any reference images you upload and for compliance with applicable laws.

Storage & Deletion

• Assets may be stored in Cloudflare R2/CDN. We may delete inactive or unlawful content and maintain short‑term backups.
• If you delete content or your account, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

Credits, Payments, and Taxes

• Paid features may require credits or one‑time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Except where required by law, credits and fees are non‑refundable once consumed or delivered.
• Prices may change; taxes and fees may apply.

Privacy & Cookies

• We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is described in our Cookie Policy.

Availability and Changes

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
